1st Annual Shakes5v5 Tournament

This was the tournament that was formed by the team. The event happened at the Decathlon indoor field at the New Market mall in Alberton. The event was a huge success and the attendance matched the success.

Road To Shakes5v5 Mixtape Series

Due to the lockdown that was caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, we weren't able to host the next tournament as planned. We came up with a way to keep our loyal supporters entertained, we thought what unites people like sports and, what came to mind was music hence we came up with the mixtape series idea. Koketso Hanyane and the Shakes5v5 team will release one episode every month till the next tournament, It began with episode one on the 8th of August 2020.

2nd Annual Shakes5v5 tournament

19 December 2020

The second annual Shakes5v5 tournament was held on the 19th of December 2020 at Meyersdal action areana. The event was a success and the outcome overmatched the expectations. The day included food and clothing stalls while the soccer tournament commenced. The tournament was exciting till the last game, the finale was a match up between Red star and Tiki5ives, The crowned champions were Tiki5ives which are technically the first ever Shakes5v5 champions
